Do you sign NDAs before receiving a pitch deck?
Due to the high volume of submissions we review, we do not sign NDAs for initial applications. However, all data uploaded to our secure portal is heavily encrypted and kept strictly confidential within our internal investment committee. Formal NDAs are executed before entering Phase 2 due diligence.
